Started as a design engineer in India. Built a supply chain team in Berlin. Co-founded and scaled a manufacturing startup.
Having built the company from the ground up, I now advise the leadership team on strategy, investment, and expansion — bringing both the strategic view and the operational detail to every conversation.
After my co-founder exited, I took full ownership — scaling the business from 4 to 40 people and building a hybrid model combining in-house production with a curated supplier network. I sat on both sides of the table, and it changed how I think about every make-or-buy decision.
Co-founded Hubtric while working full-time at Nuventura — contributing to CAPEX planning and setting the foundations for a €700,000 production facility without touching day-to-day operations.
Joined as the first supply chain hire with nothing in place. Built it into a 750+ supplier ecosystem across Europe and Asia, a team of 15, and up to 30% cost reduction — all while supporting the development of next-generation SF6-free switchgear.
Managed €30M+ in spend across electromechanical and precision components. Built the RFQ and supplier qualification frameworks that made sourcing faster and more rigorous.
Researched SF6-free GIS technologies, supported technical feasibility analysis, and identified early suppliers on quality and ESG criteria. The beginning of a seven-year journey at Nuventura.
Led execution of industrial utility projects — boiler erection, cooling towers, fire water systems — managing a team of 8 engineers and a site workforce of 50. Delivered on schedule and cut project costs by 15% through focused cost control.
Designed mechanical components for ONGC boiler systems using CAD, supporting manufacturing and assembly. This is where the curiosity about how things are actually made began.
